SUMMARY:

• The items must be returned in their original packaging.
• The return must be arranged within 14 days of receipt of the package.
• When trying on products, please handle them carefully.
• Do not remove any stickers or labels.

Sale products, soiled or worn clothing, and items without stickers or labels will not be refunded.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days to register a return. After registering the return, you have a further 7 days to send the item back to us.

How do I proceed with a return?

Please send an email to info@noyya.de with the following information:

• Full name

• Order number

• Items you wish to return

We will send you a return label by email. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of €7, which will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your return, we will need 5-7 business days to process it and another 4-6 business days to process the refund.

Please note that for orders under €79, shipping costs of €6.99 will apply and are non-refundable.
